Free Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, return it to us within 30 days and we'll even pay for the return shipping! Just contact us at customerservice@sakinadesign.com or 714.319.1732.

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on customized products or items damaged by the customer. So please be careful. If any artwork has been damaged during delivery, inform us as soon as possible and we will open a claim with UPS. Lifetime Warranty

What happens if there was a defect in the materials or workmanship after the 30-day return period?

We stand by our product. If you have any problems, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. Defective artwork will be repaired or replaced, for the lifetime of your artwork.
